Focus on what you want rather than what you don’t want.
Your brain doesn’t make the difference between imagination and reality, therefore, when you focus on what you don’t want, there is a part of you that is experiencing exactly what you don’t want and it literally increase your level of stress and anxiety.
Just by thinking on what you don’t want, you simply suffer 2 times more than necessary. •
However when you (re)focus on what you want, it stimulates certain parts of your brain that increase your capacity to develop creative solutions to manifest what you want. •

It isn’t MAGICAL, it doesn’t always give you what you want but it definitely helps you to put yourself in a state of mind that will empower you to achieve it. It is ESSENTIAL to CLARIFY what you REALLY WANT (picture it in your mind, feel it emotionally like if it was already happening) and focus the most of your attention toward it.
